We accept visa, mastercard, discover, and american express debit/credit cards through our third party credit card processor. You will receive a charge from ‘BTP Internet Trans’ on your statement. If you wish to pay by check or money order please email us at email@example.com.
During the summer, starting June 2019, we will ship all our confectionery products with cold packs in insulated mailers to eliminate melting. This will be courteous and free of charge. If the product melts during transit, please email us a picture of the melted product along with the order # and we will send a replacement.
All orders are shipped with USPS. All orders over $250.00 will require a signature. If you wish to waive this, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request this service. In the event that you waiver signature confirmation, you also waiver insurance on the package – this means if your package is lost we will not replace or refund the order.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. If you would like priority shipping or expedited shipping, the cost is additional and will require a signature (for expedited shipping only). You cannot waive signature on expedited packages.
All orders placed Monday through Friday before 5 PM EST will be sent out the same day. All orders placed after 5 PM EST or on weekends / holidays will be shipped the following business day.
All tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
If you received a damaged product, please keep the product and email us the order # and a picture of the damaged product to email@example.com. We will then take the necessary actions depending on the damage.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund within 30 days of purchase*. Customer must pay for shipping to return the product. When we receive the product we will send a message to the email address on the order to verify a refund or replacement is desired. Please make sure you provide us a valid email to contact you when you place your order.
- We cannot accept returns on any CBD products unless they are damaged or defective. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to make us aware that the item was damaged or defected to return the product for replacement or full refund.
- We will not refund any added shipping fees.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
